ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
This is the opportunity to drive our brands in the salon world for DACH. The scope of this role is to define and execute a full year activity system by both, adapting global toolboxes and designing local top-spin, in order to ensure that the plans win with Sales, customers and across all distribution channels. You work closely in a multifunctional team as part of our commercial team.

- Own the overall business for the selected Professional Beauty brands in DACH
- Accelerate the Business to a defined target
- Design & deliver an activity masterplan for DACH by adapting global toolboxes and amplifying the plans via meaningful local top-spin
- Envision & execute step-change in brands digital presence and efficient tracking of winning strategies.
- Build Brand Digital Action Plan to drive engagement and awareness (Digital Platforms, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, E-commerce)
- Lead a multi-functional team and steer local agencies
- Gain market insights and understand key business driver in order to make DACH the #1 Lead Design Market for the global headquarter
- Creating and evaluating product, market and competition analyzes as well as deriving recommendations for action and measures
- Plan, monitor and control marketing budget and brand profitability
QUALIFICATIONS
- University Graduate – Business Administration with emphasis on Marketing, Sales or equivalent business related education
- You have minimum 5 years professional experience in Marketing
- Strong, balanced leadership profile. Proven track record of success in leading high profile projects to successful closure
- High level of numeracy, with strong analytical skills & strong commercial acumen
- Ability to cut through complexity in order to come with a practical solution that is winning in the market place
- Excellent organization capabilities, ability to prioritize effectively and work under pressure on short deadlines
- Strong team player with ability to effectively listen, contribute and influence
- You are fluent in German and English
