You will be a true ambassador consistently driving engagement with the brand by following trends and creating educational content in video format for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts.

We are looking for a passionate Video Engagement Creator for our TikTok, Instagram and Youtube presence.

If you are enthusiastic individual interested into social media and technology, we would like to meet you.

Our ideal candidate has exceptional verbal and written communication skills and is able to develop engaging content. You should be a ‘people person with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Publish engaging content for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube SHorts
• Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
• Monitor and report on feedback from viewer comments
• Coordinate with Marketing teams to ensure brand consistency
• Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists
• Stay up-to-date with viral trends
• Help marketing growth by distributing content to relevant marketing channels

Your Profile

• Ability to identify and track relevant metrics (e.g. followers growth, engagement rates)
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Excellent writing skills
• Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
• Attention to detail and ability to engage with customers
