As Junior International Mobility Specialist DACH (f/m/d) you are responsible for supporting and coordinating our continuous improvement efforts for our International Mobility portfolio within HR services DACH.
In coordination with the global International Mobility team and your service-oriented mindset you will help us to reinforce our service delivery quality & compliance and deliver our service strategy efficiently.

Your tasks
Acting as Junior International Mobility Specialist for the DACH zone, you will support the smooth transfer of employees in or out of the country by cooperating with global and local International Mobility partners, support the end to end process for international assignees by liaising with various stakeholders, 3rd party vendors and all other aspects of their assignments. - You will be part of a large HR Operations Team in DACH – you will work and get support from colleagues located in Germany, Austria and Switzerland; the role will report to International Mobility Manager based in Switzerland.
- You will have a mix of consulting and administrative tasks - collaborating with operational and functional managers across Europe to execute the organizational and administrative processes when relocating employees from and to the DACH region.
- You will liase and share expertise with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Team and Team Managers in the areas of work permit rules as well as relevant governance, including compliance and regulatory concepts in the area of immigration, exceptionally tax, social security.
- You will manage the data collection for payroll and our internal database as well as communicating and processing necessary data to HR partners in the organization and you will manage the invoicing process from start to end cooperating with business, finance partners and external providers.

Your profile
Ideally you have gained at least 1-2 years’ professional experience in Global Mobility consulting and German immigration consulting or international HR. Previous tax or social security consulting experience considered a strong plus. - The job will be easier when you have a flair for numbers, experience in a multi-national environment is a plus and you are self-organized
- You can work autonomously and are passionate about creating value for HR Services, highly motivated to learn and support change and improvement with a strong can-do attitude
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
