Your Responsibilities
Chart a course to maritime excellence as our Ship Manager! You'll be the captain of technical operations, ensuring seamless maintenance, daily activities, and technical improvements for our prestigious ships. Safety and environmental protection will be your guiding principles as you lead our crew towards a culture of care, empowering them to shine brighter every day! Audits and inspections will also become your expertise. Even Dry Docks and major repair activities will be under your capable guidance.

- Manage correct planning and timely execution of the technical operations pertaining to the maintenance, daily activities, improvements and technical modifications of ships. Responsible of safety and environmental protection culture
- Supervise continuous evaluation and training development of the shipboard personnel
- Supervise the preparation of audits and inspections and ensure appropriate follow up of documentation of findings in liaison and guidance with Cruise Governance and Audit Management
- Conduct and supervise technical inspections of the ship and manage the relevant follow up and reporting of vessel status. Support and Organize Dry Docks and major repair activities
- Oversee and manage the budget concerning the assigned ships in his/ her competence, and support shipboard Senior Officers to better control the R&M budgets. Support and Manage, among many others, Special Projects, Newbuilding Projects, owners supply, spare parts, planned maintenance, officers and crew and guarantee claims
- Coordinate efforts of all company superintendents towards ship maintenance and projects. Having the overall responsibility for the ships budget in all areas and categories
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Nautical or Ship Construction; Master’ s degree is desirable
- Several years of professional experience in Ship Management with a leading position and responsibility for a team
- Deep knowledge of Office 365 system (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) as well as Infoship/Amos
- Structured and organized way of working as well as good time management
- Service oriented with good communication skills
- Very good English language skills! (English is our company language.)
