Our department is looking for a VIE Prototype Sample Manager (Purchasing + Engineering) for 12 months.

Your challenges?

• You are responsible for the detailed production scheduling of sample prototypes & builds

• You are responsible for procurement / purchasing activities of electronic and mechanical components

• You are the key interface between Low Volume Production lines (internal & external) and R&D team

• You ensure the prototype feasibility and support the project objectives

• You report and escalate risks related to delay of production/components

• You are integrated to the project team to support sample deliveries on time

• You will work on detailed scheduling and budgeting : establishing with support of “metiers” detailed breakdown of the activities to meet the milestones

• You will create Purchase Orders using SAP systems and follow up till the parts are delivered

Let’s talk about you…

• You have a Purchasing degree (from Bac +3 to Bac +5)

• You have knowledge of SAP as end user

• Technical knowledge would be a plus (Electronics, mechanical, mechatronics)

• Ideally, you have knowledge of PCB manufacturing technology, mechanical manufacturing & assembly technology

• You have a fluent level of English

• You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking

• You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy

• Automotive experience is a plus
