Job Description
Your mission and responsibilities:
Here at the Aviv Agile CoE, we believe in being pragmatic by having a large toolkit from the various agile and lean methods and practices to leverage specific methods when the context requires. We do not have a company-wide agile framework. Your role is critical to empowering and coaching domain leads and team leads to build high-performing teams that deliver business and customer impact.
- Increase the agile maturity, incremental thinking skills and self organization of our cross functional teams, by working both as a dedicated team member and domain change agent.
- Work with other Agile coaches, development teams, tech leads, and product managers to create an environment with high autonomy, critical thinking, and high alignment, where teams learn to self-organize based on a strong and well-understood vision and clear KPIs.
- Coach and train one domain, its management, and teams on the effective application of Agile values, principles and practices, leading to high performance at a sustainable pace, and high employee engagement.
- Collaborate with our Agile CoE at Aviv Group, together with all our Agile coaches to share knowledge and best practices, building relationships and trust, and scale the CoE’s impact across the organization.
Support on three levels, along with other domain-specific Agile Coaches:
- Work with domain leads to support domain-wide topics
- Collaborate with your peer Agile Coaches in the CoE to drive org-wide topics
- Coach domain-level and team-level management, and team members
Qualifications
Your skills:
- You have 2-5 years of experience as an Agile Coach.
- You have worked with various frameworks and practices including but not limited to Scrum, Kanban and Lean, Waterfall, LeSS, and SAFe.
- You have worked with tools and softwares such as Jira and Confluence.
- Proven record in promoting transparency, empowerment and continuous improvement.
- Excellent facilitation, mentoring and coaching skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills both for technical and non technical audiences.
- You have a servant leadership mindset, and have a natural willingness to empower teams and individuals to reach the next level. You promote an experimentation mindest on all levels.
- You coach and guide the teams towards self-organization, and agile maturity through welcoming ideation and innovation.
- You are a people person with strong emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills. Creating trust is your highest priority.
- You are a self-starter with a structured approach, and a can-do, pragmatic, solution-oriented attitude.
- You have worked closely with team leads and domain leads.
- You are familiar with managing stakeholders expectations.
- A growth mindset and enjoys tasks in change management and organizational development.
- You have professional fluency in written & spoken English.
