ABOUT THE ROLE

We are now looking for a Graphic Designer / Content Creative to join our international team and translate all aspects of our evolving creative brand strategy into cutting-edge digital content.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conceptualize, create, and curate digital assets for owned, paid, and organic channels, such as ads, social media still and moving content, CRM and email marketing, or website content
- Curate existing photo & video material from lifestyle shootings and content creators and translate it into new and inspiring content edits
- Ensure an elevated and cohesive creative expression of our Brand ID and aesthetic across all customer touchpoints
- Pitch new ideas and contribute with your creativity to the whole team - you know what’s trending and love to stay on top of industry best practices within digital marketing, brand experience, and content strategy
- Work multifunctionally between our content team and other departments
YOUR BACKGROUND
ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTICS
- A skilled creative eye, as well as interest and knowledge of general fashion and pop cultural terminology: you are on top of emerging trends in fashion and pop culture, and have the skills to reference and express them visually.
- Excellent project and time-management skills: You keep it structured, simple, and focused during rapid change, work independently, and are confident juggling several responsibilities across creative and administrative disciplines without losing detail orientation
- An extraordinary team spirit: You’re collaborative, professional, highly reliable, and mindful of your and others’ time.
- A comprehensive understanding of digital brand and performance marketing, content management, and different social media platforms
- A commercial mind-set. You have the skills to create great content that not only looks good but also converts.
- Top-notch English skills: you know how to engage our customers with crisp and engaging captions, with a meticulous eye for details, spelling, and grammar. German is a plus
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- 2-3+ years of relevant education, e.g. digital media creative, graphic design, content creation, motion design, visual communications, or other related fields
- 3+ years of work experience from lifestyle brands (preferably within e-commerce), or an agency working within CRM and social ads or other related fieldsStrong background in graphic design and confident in the Adobe Creative Suite; from Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro, to simpler animations. Knowledge in HMTL & coding (Blogposts, landing pages) is a plus
- Graphic portfolio showcasing previous work (please include a file or link to your portfolio in your application)
