For our location in Norderstedt we are currently looking for an Engineering Supervisor (m/f/d).

This position will ensure the high quality and consistent delivery of hard services across Pharmaceutical production site in Germany. The role will have specific responsibility for the management of technical Team on the site, and effectively deliver the day to day maintenance and operation of the plant within a multi skilled team in accordance with best practice and JLL standards. Engineering Supervisor is a part of the Site Team and contributes in exchanges with Reliability Manager, Sustainability Manager and Data Administrator/Planner.

Your tasks: Responsible for day to day running of the operations and M&E services, organising and managing the site team in order to meet the contractual outputs/objectives and related KPIs
Ensure and supervise adherence to Client’s and JLL standard and emergency operating procedures
Maintain records appertaining to engineering operations, including site logbooks, compliance inspections, asset register, support HSE inspections and activities, water quality management plan and other related services as required
Responsible for safe engineering operations, including the application of the JLL/Client Safe Systems of Work, including staff training and permit management for high-risk operations
Support transformation activities to introduce best practice, engender continuous improvement and achieve ongoing service value
Preparation of operational and managerial reports.
Support engineering related audit activities including participation in the annual audit (Operational Compliance Programme) and critical asset process
Provide operational data to Reliability and Sustainability Managers
Review subcontractors' proposals and submit evaluations for decision
Update operational documentation (drawings, diagrams, records…)
Responsible for Team’s training on Client systems/SOP and on JLL requirements
Operational audits for engineering system reporting and compliance
Manage performance of manufacturing sites: completion rates of PPM and CM in order to satisfy/exceed MSA required KPIs
Manage spare parts
Act as an On-Call Manager for site operational support

Your profile: Practical experience in Hard Services contract delivery, preferably in the Life Sciences GMP or another regulated industry
Demonstrating good working knowledge of buildings services installations including HVAC / Electrical and other technical systems
Technically qualified professional engineer in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
Multi discipline experience
Practical experience in Hard Services contract delivery, experience in maintaining engineering environments and providing hard services
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to balance conflicting deadlines
Sound understanding and experience of meeting health and safety obligations regarding maintenance activities
Experience of working in IFM environment with a proven track record of GMP, HSE and statutory compliance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
GMP Quality Management knowledge and experience
Ability to work in collaborative Team environment
High level of IT literacy
