Summary
For the "EO Cameras and Airborne Sensors" division, we are looking for a for a "Work Preparator (f/m/d)" at the Oberkochen site as soon as possible.
The division produces high-performance cameras and missile defense systems for use in stationary and mobile stationary and mobile applications. The sensors are used in the maritime
maritime and land vehicles as well as in airborne applications. These systems are used for reconnaissance and the protection of borders, objects and people.
Your Tasks

Planning and collaboration in the implementation of work processes / sequences in production

Creation and management of production documents, work plans and parts lists for series devices and repairs as well as documentation in SAP

Supporting the development and testing of prototypes as well as the launch of projects / products in production in close cooperation with engineering, design, quality and project management

Planning equipment with a focus on optics and mechanics, also with regard to automation
-
Participation in the determination of required production capacities, taking into account production technology and business management findings, and development of proposals for the production-oriented design of components

Carrying out target/actual comparisons, calculating production costs and determining alternatives in relation to in-house / external production

Collaboration in the definition, development, testing, qualification, release and introduction of new technologies, processes and methods in production

Support with technical problems in production (root cause analysis, problem solving)

Application of common methods (zLean, SPC) and participation in the continuous improvement process

Collaboration in the planning of a new production area
Your Profile
-
Completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, mechatronics, optoelectronics or technical vocational training with a further qualification as a technician in the field of mechatronics, mechanical engineering or comparable

Sound experience in the assembly and commissioning of optoelectronic devices and systems

Experience in work preparation and automation

Practical knowledge in the field of optics advantageous

Good knowledge of SAP, MS Office and CAD
-
Knowledge of lean production and Six Sigma methods
-
Independent, structured way of working and the ability to work in a team

Integration and assertiveness plus good communication skills

Very good German and good English skills
