What you can expect in this role

Together with our Head of Strategy, you will work mainly on the following areas:

• Corporate Strategy: Continuously developing and implementing our corporate strategy, steering its implementation, and regularly checking in with our relevant stakeholders
• Strategic Projects: You will take ownership and conduct projects towards continuously improving our customers' experience. Some potential topics could be: Defining the new set-up of collecting customers’ feedback and reviews, establishing customer loyalty programs, among other ideas
• Strategy Management: Together with the team, you take over recurring strategy topics such as competition monitoring and analyzing market data, as well as reporting on ESG topics

Your essential experience and education

• Educational background in Business or a similar field with touchpoints in Project Management
• Initial working experience as an entrepreneur in residence, project manager, strategy consulting or similar, in a fast-paced environment, such as start-ups or consulting. Background in e-commerce or in the beauty industry are a plus!
• A record of getting things done and successfully executing your own projects end to end
• Good PowerPoint, Excel and analytical understanding of data skills. SQL skills are a plus
• A proactive personality with good communication and collaboration skills in English. German is a plus

• Full transparency: For this role, we have a salary band between 43,000€ and 54,000€ gross per year for a Junior position, and between 49,500€ and 61,000€ for a mid-level position. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process
