Project Manager Mergers & Acquisitions (f/m/d)
M&A activities are an essential element of the active portfolio management of the Bayer Group. The Bayer M&A team is involved in M&A transactions
across all Bayer divisions. This encompasses all mergers, acquisitions and global divestments of businesses (incl. equity stakes), corporate affiliates, products and/or product portfolios intellectual property, operating sites and joint ventures.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help manage transaction processes
- Create and develop financial models and scenarios (sensitivity analysis)
- Provide strong guidance, organize and prepare presentations
- Conduct research with guidance, participation in and conduct due diligence sessions
- Support divisional communication
- Provide general business knowledge, relevant to M&A
- Support negotiation of contracts, monitoring of schedules and follow-ups
WHO YOU ARE
- University degree (Bachelor/Master) in economics/business or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in Corporate M&A or Corporate Finance
- Proven experience in advisory and financial modelling
- Strong financial and alnalytical skill set
- High degree of commitment as well as ability to act for continuous improvement
- Ability to achieve results even under tough circumstances
- Excellent intercultural and communiaction skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, skills in another language are beneficial
