Project Manager Mergers & Acquisitions (f/m/d)

M&A activities are an essential element of the active portfolio management of the Bayer Group. The Bayer M&A team is involved in M&A transactions
across all Bayer divisions. This encompasses all mergers, acquisitions and global divestments of businesses (incl. equity stakes), corporate affiliates, products and/or product portfolios intellectual property, operating sites and joint ventures.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Help manage transaction processes
Create and develop financial models and scenarios (sensitivity analysis)
Provide strong guidance, organize and prepare presentations
Conduct research with guidance, participation in and conduct due diligence sessions
Support divisional communication
Provide general business knowledge, relevant to M&A
Support negotiation of contracts, monitoring of schedules and follow-ups

WHO YOU ARE

University degree (Bachelor/Master) in economics/business or equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in Corporate M&A or Corporate Finance
Proven experience in advisory and financial modelling
Strong financial and alnalytical skill set
High degree of commitment as well as ability to act for continuous improvement
Ability to achieve results even under tough circumstances
Excellent intercultural and communiaction skills
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, skills in another language are beneficial
