WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

The Leadership Talent Track Trainee Program will prepare you for your future role as a leader at Daimler Truck, Daimler Buses or Daimler Truck Financial Services in various German locations.

The 18 months Leadership Talent Track offers you the following aspects:

• Onboarding within predefined home area
• Work within different projects, also abroad, that are related to your homearea
• Get to know our customers
• Build up an intercultural and social network
• Get access to various training and development offers, e.g. regarding our leadership culture
• Get support and guidance by your personal executive mentor

After 18 months of successful and intense training you will return to your home area. Your new skills, experiences and your global network will be supporting you on your journey towards a leadership position.

Your home area could be in one of the following departments:

Daimler Truck:

• Our Engineering team is a major contributor to our ZERO emission trucks! We develop eDrive systems, charging systems and HV components for the next generation of battery electric and fuel cell driven trucks. That means we are engineering the entire vehicle from the concepts & technic, we are leading the project management from the start until the end. The team is also responsible for the creation and implementation of processes, methods and tools that are necessary for modern software development.

Daimler Buses:

• Our department is responsible for developing technologies for buses in the fields of chassis systems, electrics/electronics systems and services. In collaboration with the Truck Technology Group, suppliers and external engineering service providers, we provide best-in-class solutions to all city buses, interurban buses as well as coaches.
