The Corporate Affairs department is committed to the continuous growth and improvement of RWE Supply & Trading GmbH (RWEST) as well as fostering sustainability and business excellence. That is why we are the central point of contact for project management, innovation, communication, sustainability and organisational stability.
- As a working student you will support the Head of Corporate Affairs of RWEST. Your tasks will include support in the area of Social Engagement, specifically:
- Support the development of a donation and sponsoring concept for the company
- Development and execution of donation and charity initiatives and campaigns across the RWEST locations in order to foster social engagement
- Maintenance of the Social Engagement @ RWEST Connect community as central information hub for employees
- Managing donation requests from employees (“Pound-for-Pound” scheme in the UK)
- Administration support related to donations and sponsoring, including management of payment process or entry into relevant IT tools
- Research support to further develop social engagement, in line with RWE Group’s CSR strategy
Your powerful skills
- Advanced in a bachelor's or master's degree with very good grades
- Passionate interest in different concepts of modern work and future trends, working in a global team
- Structured and independent way of working
- High level of conscientiousness paired with a high level of commitment
- Enthusiasm and enjoyment of working in a team with an open feedback culture
- Fluent written and spoken German and English as well as good MS Office Expertis
Advantageous, but not a must
- Ideally previous experience from comparable activities (internships, working student activities, etc.)
