4 star hotel Ulm Germany is looking for a housekeeper. We are looking for a responsible, punctual, discreet person, with good presence, who knows how to work in a team and attend to customers with kindness and respect.
We offer you:
- An indefinite full-time contract of 40 hours per week, with two rotating days off.
- A net salary of 1.300 € per month negotiable, according to your skills and experience.
- Individual or shared accommodation (depending on availability) in a flat near the hotel, with its own bathroom, equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi and heating.
- Ongoing online and face-to-face training on the hotel's quality and service standards, as well as on German culture and language. The training is free and voluntary, but will help you improve your skills and help you to move up in the company.

Your tasks will be:
- Check the condition of the assigned rooms and report any incidents or irregularities to the supervisor or reception.
- Change bed linen, towels and amenities according to the hotel's quality standards.
- Clean the bathroom, floor, furniture, dust and windows of the rooms, using the appropriate products and utensils.
- Check and restock the mini-bar, stationery and coffee/tea service in the rooms.
- Decorate rooms with flowers, chocolates or other ameneties according to hotel instructions or guest requests.
- Collecting and sorting linen from rooms and taking it to the laundry.
- Control the stock of cleaning products and materials and request replacement when necessary.
- Comply with the hotel's hygiene, safety and environmental standards.
- Respond to customer requests or complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
The requirements you must meet are:
- Minimum of 6 months' experience as a floor waiter/waitress in hotels or cleaning in buildings or offices.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
- Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- European nationality or German residence and work permit.
- Have a minimum level of English or German B1. A language test will be conducted by telephone or Skype (no language certificate required).
- Have a driving licence and your own vehicle (desirable).
- Good appearance, punctuality, responsibility and positive attitude.
