To help and support the Product Marketing to achieve or exceed the EMEA Region targets on Power products in terms of Sales and Market Share.
The team should define, implement and drive the related product strategies & specific promotional activities in EMEA at Channel and Direct Customers.
The Trainee will prepare and assist the Product marketing , concerning all the business related aspects, using the analysis tools:
Prepare customer visits and calls
Monitoring weekly backlog coverage
Monitoring products allocation adherence
Monitoring Monthly design registration
New products introduction preparation
Pricing and competition analysis
Prepare regular business & marcom reviews with the products divisions

Business Minded, analytical brain, commercially strong
Team player yet independent.
Good communication and presentation skills in English ( Italian is a plus).
Technical background to understand products and applications is a wish but not a must.
Flexibility: Able to work in a Dynamic environment
Proficiency in Microsoft tools (EXCEL , Power POINT), Power BI and usual corporate business tools.
