With Vodafone as a strong partner, we continue to operate independently, are agile, fast and also develop our own IoT products comprising software, hardware and connectivity. For example, we digitize supply networks (gas, water, electricity) via smart metering, make consumption plannable and immediately detect costly leaks. What the job brings

• Support us with board bring-ups and hardware reworks, as well as maintaining our component library
• A versatile job within a 30-strong,smart embedded team - we meet regularly and provide each other with advice and support
• Work with the latest technologies (e.g. NB-IoT, WiFi, Bluetooth LE) on exciting IoT future products
• Build test platforms with which we validate our latest developments
• The opportunity to write your Bachelor's or Master's thesis with us if you wish

What you bring

• You are a student of electrical engineering, computer science or a comparable scientific field of study
• Enthusiasm for topics such as smart home, hardware design, microelectronics or communications engineering
• Manual skills and experience with soldering irons - you also enjoy working with oscilloscopes and logic analyzers
• Know-how in E-CAD systems, ideally Altium Designer is a plus
• The willingness and the opportunity to come to our office in cologne on a regular basis
