The Solution Manager is ultimately accountable and responsible for defining and supporting the building of desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable large-scale business solutions that meet customer needs on a global basis. This role achieves this by collaborating with a wide range of people to identify and define customer needs, understand the Solution Context, and develop the Solution Vision and Solution Roadmap. The Solution Manager leads the Solution Owners teams and works in close alignment with the Product Management teams within the ARTs context. The role is part of the Digital Transformation Office and One Digital team.

What You Will Do

• You will lead disciplinary and functionally all Solution Members i.e. Solution Owners, Portfolio Managers and UX Designers
• You own the solution Lifecycle, this means defining customers and stakeholders as well as creating and evolving a solution vision and roadmap and aligning this with relevant milestone, releases, and EPICs, balancing the needs of multiple customers
• You communicate investment and capacity needs in advance of the delivery or during annual budgeting cycles
• You define and prioritize EPICs and Capabilities and own the planning of these trough the solution Kanban
• You continue identifications of digital innovation opportunities and align value with identified stakeholders. Furtheron, you plan and execute PoC work as required

What You Will Bring

• Strong Experience in Agile Development of Digital Solutions
• Strong business mindset and proven experience in (digital product) vision, strategy and/or management of larger business units
• Experience in international or multi-content stakeholders
• Superior communication skills, especially in English language, paired with working experience in international environments
• Ability to break down complex business initiatives and objectives into multi-year plans - aligning the delivery plan across the involved solution teams
• Prior experience in optimizing the UX across a complex landscape of solutions

A Plus If You Have

• Prior experience in stakeholder management in global companies
• Experience in Agriculture or comparable industry
