Your Tasks

In this role you will be an supporting the global procurement activities in different regions. You will assist the Global Procurement Director - Direct Strategic Intelligence in achieving company goals.

• Perform comprehensive data analysis to translate business needs into strategic action plans
• Assist with financial analysis and the execution of tendering processes and administrative activities
• Maintain an accurate portfolio of supplier, spend and specification information through master data management
• Co-develop and implement sourcing strategies in collaboration with regional teams
• Coordinate and lead cost reduction initiatives in collaboration with various regional leaders
• Support the Global Procurement Director in data analysis and maintenance activities

Your Profile

• You are currently enrolled as a student in the field of business administration, supply chain management, industrial engineering or similar
• Basic knowledge of supply chains and business processes
• Ability to work independently and first experience in working in an international environment
• Excellent analytical skills and confident with Excel and PowerPoint
• Personal responsibility, initiative and project management skills
• Excellent English language skills, other language skills are an advantage
• Strong communication skills and ability to network
