Operations Support Agent Fulltime/ rotating shift (mwd) in Hamburg bei FedEx Express EU

Position Summary:

Responsible for the completion of defined processes and procedures to deadline, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant internal and external standards. Identifies anomalies as they arise and uses judgement based on rules and procedures to resolve. For complex issues, may escalate to senior team members.

Die Tätigkeit als Operations Support Agent umfasst entsprechend anliegender Tätigkeitsbeschreibung:

• Sendungseingangskontrolle
• Bearbeitung von Zustellhindernissen

• Bearbeitung und Reporting von blockierten Sendungen
• Erstellung der Zoll- und Transportdokumentation und Manifesten
• Überprüfung der Ausfuhrunterlagen auf Vollständigkeit und Konformität
• EDV-gestützte Erfassung aller sendungsrelevanten Daten & scannen von Frachtpapieren
• Datenkontrolle und Datensendung
• Bearbeitung und Erfassung von Großkundendaten

• Kenntnisse von Spedition / KEP / Logistik – abgeschlossene speditionelle/ kaufmännische Ausbildung wünschenswert
• Gute Englischkenntnisse
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
• Zollkenntnisse (Im- & Export)
• Gefahrgutkenntnisse wünschenswert
• Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
• Kontaktfreudig am Telefon und E-Mail
• Teamfähigkeit, Engagement, Flexibilität
• Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
• Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten (Spätschicht)
