How You’ll Make an Impact

Support in design, planning, organization and implementation of new Early Professional learning and development programs and events
Accompany the communication and change management process by creating target-group oriented communication and change management measures
Contribute to our ongoing initiatives (employer branding, success stories, community management etc.)
Support the organization of workshops, community meetings and presentations
Assist with the maintenance of information platforms like Sharepoints/Websites

What You Bring

Ongoing studies in psychology, business administration, social sciences or comparable - ideally with a focus on human resources management
Availability to work 17 hours per week
Great interest in HR work - ideally already some practical experience in the HR field
Pleasure in dealing with and for people
Affinity for digital media and collaboration
Fit in dealing with MS Office
Fluent German and English
Solution-oriented and self-responsible work, creativity and commitment

The Early Careers department is part of the HR organization that provides our colleagues and HR Business Partners around the world with an aligned and integrated approach across products and programs to find the best ways to onboard and develop our younger people.
