Your role.

The CM AP (Communications Analytics & Planning) team is looking for a dedicated Communications Professional (f/m/d) to support the implementation of our generative AI strategy and enablement at CM.

Your tasks.

Support the creation, optimization, and facilitation of onboarding and training (continuing education) programs, such as live and recorded training sessions for new and existing users, ensuring an engaging and informative experience.
Community management and support for Inference Cloud user community and promotion of new user resources, trainings, features, and use cases.
Manage multiple concurrent projects and tasks with precision and efficiency.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional colleagues in IT, P&O, Businesses, Functions, etc.
Support GenAI lead in documentation, community management, and promotion/evangelization of Inference Cloud as CM’s official GenAI tool.
Support GenAI lead in documentation, community management, and enablement for other generative AI-related tools and technologies as needed.
User research and documentation
Ensure connections between Inference Cloud data and other tools in the Siemens ecosystem.
Ensure that the appropriate feedback loops and documentation are created and implemented effectively, to ensure that the needs of the user community are being met.

Your profile.

Educational Background: The basis of your success is a is a completed bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Media or similar (studies conducted wholly or partially in English will be considered favorably) as well as a solid foundation in investigative or storytelling best practices, marketing and communications principles, content strategy, content design and planning, consumer behavior, branding, and digital channels.
Professional Experience: Several years of working experience in different roles within a Communications department, familiarity with user experience best practices and technologies and tools that improve working in communications. You have a track record of tackling increasingly complex projects and the ability to work quickly and independently.
Data-Driven Approach: Proficient in using metrics and analytics to evaluate and improve onboarding programs.
Content Development: Expertise in creating engaging onboarding materials, such as training guides, decks, and playbooks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong skills in collaborating with a variety of stakeholders and working with different types of teams.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in German or other languages is a plus.
Adaptability: Ability to tailor onboarding strategies to various learning styles and evolving business needs.
Specialization: Specialist in your field, accustomed to working in international, interdisciplinary, agile project teams, taking ownership, and working collaboratively.
Continuous Learning: Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest AI technology developments.
Emerging Technologies Interest: Active interest and/or background in AI and generative AI technologies. Experience in user research, UX, and user-centric design principles is a plus.
