The Frankfurt Intermediaries team role is to promote Pictet AM ‘s services and products on the German market to professional clients.
Our graduate programmes are intended for young postgraduates with degrees from top universities. As a participant in our programme, you will not only develop the technical and interpersonal skills needed in your future career at Pictet but also be given the opportunity to build a network of peers within the company. Your initial training will be complemented by a professional certification relevant to your area of business (CFA, CIIA, etc.).
We offer you an 18-month rotation programme on the different Pictet AM teams (such as Portfolio Management, Marketing, RFPs) as well as on other teams in the various business units of Pictet AM. The programme is run in Frankfurt, with rotation at different Pictet locations.
At the end of the programme, you will be ready to take full ownership of a position in the Intermediaries sales team. As a Salesperson based in Frankfurt, you will be developing Pictet AM’s franchise on the intermediary segment. Also, you will be promoting Pictet AM’s investment products to financial intermediaries such as banks, insurance companies and Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs).
As the chosen graduate, you will show energy, commitment, drive, critical thinking, curiosity and collaboration skills. You have strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task, show autonomy in your work and coordinate projects across multiple stakeholders.
