In 2022 we have established an exciting new Division, focused on Private Label, which comprises the European wide development, manufacturing, sales and marketing of tissue hygiene products. Within this division we are currently looking for a Product Developer (d/f/m) in part -time , but unlimited contract to manage European product development projects .

In this position you act as the link between Manufacturing, Commercial Teams and European support functions and provide technical expertise across the Private Label organization to build the European Development Center.

You will report into the Product Development Director PL, within the Product Services department.

Your role

• Develop market-oriented solutions for private label hygiene products, based on customer requirements, cost aspects, technical feasibility and quality improvements

• Be responsible for product, quality and packaging specifications in close cooperation with local and European departments

• Participate in and lead international meetings and play an active role in innovative European projects

• Constructively cooperate with all areas along the supply chain, the commercial teams as well as other departments in the Division

• Facilitate product development work also with external suppliers (technical, material) while targeting for innovative solutions

• Participate in the development, adaptation and maintenance of subject-specific work systems, e.g. for audits, complaints, specifications
