Summary
We are looking for a “Junior Project Quality Manager (f/m/d)” for the “Quality Management” department at the Immenstaad site as soon as possible.
The Quality Management department is responsible for the Airborne Solutions Business Unit, Airborne and Space Radars, Simulation Solutions, as well as assigned development, sales and logistics departments. We ensure that the processes are applied to the project and product in an effective and low-risk manner, taking into account the contractual requirements, and that the relevant quality tasks are completed efficiently.
The employees work closely with the neighboring departments, the project managers or product managers and are appointed at the start of the planning phase.
Your Tasks

Application of the processes in consideration of the contractual requirements in the project
-
Completion of project-relevant QM tasks so that the project objectives can be achieved within the performance, time and cost framework at low risk

Collaboration in the planning and implementation of all quality-related tasks throughout the entire product life cycle

Creation of project-related QM documents, such as QM plan, process assurance plan, test sequence plan and reviews of project and verification documents

Collaboration in product validation and verification, as well as certification of systems, sub-systems and equipment
-
Carrying out software-related quality activities, such as evaluation and acceptance of milestones, also taking into account certification standards for aviation products
Willingness to travel internationally is required.
Your Profile

Completed studies in the technical field (engineering, electrical engineering, information technology) or comparable
-
Experience in quality and / or project management
-
Experience in electronics, hardware or system development
-
Experience in software development, ideally in connection with quality and process assurance

Experience in the certification of military and civil aviation equipment

Good knowledge of current PC user programs (MS Office, preferably also SAP)

Knowledge of quality management systems (DIN EN 9100, AQAP, quality methods and tools: PDCA, QFD, FMEA, RCA, ISHIKAWA, KANBAN, PPS, 8D)

Knowledge of development processes: V-model, RTCA / DO-254, -178, -278

Knowledge of requirement management, problem solving methods, as well as QM requirements and development assurance in civil aviation

Organizational and communication skills as well as a high degree of accuracy, diligence, personal responsibility and ability to work in a team

Very good knowledge of German and English
