2024-2025 Anticipatory teacher staffing (Grades 1 and 2)

We are seeking Elementary Generalists with the following credentials:

understanding of teacher competencies and growth within the Teaching Quality
Standard

subject expertise (training) in the curriculum, especially in the areas of literacy

understanding of technology to leverage learning

experience with diverse learners, including creating I.E.P.'s, implementing a
range of strategies in an inclusive classroom and monitoring for impact

commitment to differentiated teaching practice and assessment through
structured, inquiry-based practice

being able to develop and foster an engaging learning environment; to challenge
and inspire learners

an understanding of and interest in undertaking action research

the ability to make positive contributions to an evolving school culture through a
disposition of professionalism:(flexibility, integrity, teamwork, and accountability)
