Brand Manager (m/f/d) Kiri/vegan brand
fulltime, location Grasbrunn
In this position, you will be part of the DACH Marketing Team and in addition to our Kiri brand, you will also be responsible for a new vegan brand for which you will develop the marketing and business plan. In doing so, you will lead a junior brand manager.
Your Tasks:
Leading the Kiri brand and a new vegan brand, including strategy and portfolio
Development of marketing and business plan for new and promotional products
Conception, deployment and control of all marketing mix instruments for the implementation of the annual planning
Marketing Activation: Development, planning and realisation of consumer activations (incl. social and influencer campaigns) in coordination with creative and media agencies
Product management: planning and implementation of production innovations in coordination with the Global Brand Team
Packaging strategy: Recommendations and implementation of packaging design
Business analysis: market and competitor analysis and reporting of sales and turnover trends, proactive suggestion of corrective actions
Market research: definition of needs, implementation and development of actions based on results
Management and control of the brand budget
Your qualification & experience:
Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent preferably in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in an international company in the FMCG industry
Enjoy taking responsibility and working in a team
Enthusiasm and enjoyment in driving things forward
High levels of creativity and innovation
Analytical and networked thinking skills with realistic vision
Openness, communication skills and pragmatism in the fulfilment of corporate objectives
