Your role

Sunday Natural is a thriving health-focused company with a strong presence in German-speaking countries, poised for international expansion. We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Junior Quality Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing and executing quality-related projects within our department, while also providing invaluable support to cross-departmental and cross-location initiatives. Oversight of projects within the quality department, involving the execution of quality-related initiatives and providing assistance for cross-departmental and cross-location projects
Administrative support for Quality Management tasks and projects, such as overseeing organic compliance or managing the change control process
Implementation and continuous enhancement of HACCP and quality systems pertaining to our operations, encompassing responsibilities like documentation management, SOP creation, and form development
Handling customer complaints with a comprehensive approach, including root cause analysis, thorough investigation, and the implementation of corrective actions

Your profile

Successfully attained a degree in Food Science and Technology or a related field
A minimum of 1 year of pertinent work experience, preferably as a Working Student, Intern, or Junior Quality Manager, ideally within a start-up engaged in the production of food or food supplements
Knowledge of food safety management systems such as HACCP, GMP, EU Organic, ISO 22000, or IFS as well as root cause analysis
Possesses strong communication skills conducive to effective collaboration, along with a proactive and self-directed work approach tailored for success in an agile work environment
Demonstrated ability to adapt flexibly to evolving requirements and priorities, coupled with a capacity to make constructive contributions to team spirit
Located in Berlin or nearby plus effective communication skills in English and German
