YOUR ROLE:
The Transformation Manager is accountable for designing, leading and delivering large scale change and transformation programmes across the business, working in partnership with business owners to create business value to meet the business strategy. The Transformation Manager will need to be a passionate change champion with 5+ years’ experience of delivering complex transformation programmes on a global scale.
These programmes can vary from defining and executing strategy working closely with the Executive Team, delivering large scale organisation change, leading on integrations of new acquisitions and to leading growth in new teams. The programmes will vary across business and digital transformation depending on the strategic priorities. It is vital that the Transformation Manager can work closely with business partner to shape and influence change.
The role is responsible for ensuring that each transformation programme has adequate levels of governance (planning, reporting, tracking and risk management) in place for the business to make effective decisions and ensuring successful transformation in these teams.
The Transformation Manager will provide leadership and coaching to those working directly with them and also to those across the business. Feedback culture is vital in a changing environment and this role will need to create this in the team and wider business using best practices
The Transformation Manager will act as a check and challenge role when working across the business to ensure we are tackling the highest priorities in order to make the biggest impact.
You will need to be versatile in capability and like to work in a fast-paced changing environment.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Design and deliver large scale transformation and change programmes across the global business
2. Leadership and hands on delivery of transformation activities, working with key stakeholders (from Executive Team and Business Unit leaders) to define and lead successful delivery of change transformation projects focusing on business growth, improving customer centricity, improving productivity, increasing engagement, and be more cost effective
3. Ensure that each Programme and the Transformation Team are focused on delivering ROI for the business
4. Provide expertise in change and programme management techniques specifically Lean Management and Agile in order to implement change strategy across the business
5. Ensure consistent governance is in place to support effective delivery, tracking and reporting of projects
6. Be a change leader and role model in the business, focused always on continuous improvement of process, people and tools
7. Ensure good stakeholder management and transparent reporting is in place in order to help the business make effective decisions

KNOWLEDGE, TECHNICAL SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
1. 5+ years experience of designing and delivering large scale transformation programmes
2. Experienced people manager with experience of operating in a commercial environment
3. Excellent leadership skills
4. International business experience, demonstrating working globally on multi programmes
5. Strong people and coaching skills
6. Good Programme and Project management experience
7. Lean Management experience
