Your roles and responsibilities

Disciplinary and functional leadershipof Project Managers for MAHLE Filtersysteme and PMO in Stuttgart, Timisoara, Rueil, St Michael and Poland
Ensure achievement of project goals to enable business success and KPI achievement
Management of deviations to planned budget, timing or quality and problem/conflict solving as well as escalation if necessary
Evaluation of customer requests and initiation of respective project structures in corporation with the Project Sponsors
Creation of aggregated, assessed project reports (status, result) for the regional and global management
Lessons learned and used project management methods with PMO to support the optimization of Project Management within the organization

Your skills and strengths

Technical or economic studies with solid financial background (ideally MBA) or equivalent
Profound and hands on project management experience (ideally certified according to PMI)
Leadership experience in product development projects within the automotive industry for minimum 5 years
Fluent in English and German and further language skills are beneficial.
High level of entrepreneurial skills and customer orientation
Strong team player with high level of social and intercultural competence
