Tasks
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Paid Media Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Paid Media Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of digital advertising and contribute to the success of our marketing campaigns. You will work closely with our experienced marketing professionals and play an integral role in executing paid media strategies across various online platforms.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the implementation and optimization of paid media campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, social media advertising, and other digital advertising channels.
2. Conduct research to identify target audience segments, keywords, and trends that align with our marketing goals.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling ad copy and creative assets for campaigns.
4. Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing regular reports and insights on key metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
5. Assist in managing budgets and bidding strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
6. Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and industry standards in paid media advertising.
8. Support the team in managing relationships with advertising platforms, agencies, and vendors.
9. Assist in testing new advertising strategies and tactics to drive continuous optimization and innovation.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and analytics, to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns.
Requirements
Qualifications:
1. Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field) or recently graduated.
2. Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts and familiarity with paid media channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads).
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools.
6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
8. Prior experience with digital advertising platforms or tools is a plus.
9. Familiarity with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
10. A passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
