Location/Division Specific Information We are a research, development, and production site in Bremen currently, with about 500 employees, whose “high-end” measurement and analysis instruments (mass spectrometers) are used in research and science worldwide. Our innovative products in the fields of Life Sciences MS and Inorganic MS, as well as Trace Elemental Analysis, are among the top tier products globally in their respective markets.
A day in the Life: - Lead and coordinate warehouse team in daily tasks
- Responsible for inbound, outbound, and internal movement of goods
- Monitor the flow of inventory and manage stock levels
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and regulations
- Plan and execute regular stock takes and inventory counts
- Collaborate with other departments, especially Production and Material Management, to ensure smooth operations
- Train and develop team members
- Monitor KPIs and prepare reports for senior management
Keys to Success: Education - Completed vocational training in logistics or equivalent qualification
Experience - At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills
- Proficient in warehouse management systems and MS Office
- Organized and proactive approach to work
- Ability to work under pressure and set priorities
