What to Expect
Tesla is looking to hire an enthusiastic and experienced creative as Sales Development & Campaign Manager to build and lead a high performing and output oriented Sales Development unit within Tesla’s Central Europe organization. As Sales Development & Campaign Manager you will excel by pairing creative marketing approaches with an in-depth knowledge of market dynamics and demand drivers across Central Europe in order to facilitate impactful demand generation initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Identifying market trends and growth opportunities & risks in Tesla’s Central Europe markets
- Work with the Sales Performance Lead, the Business Planning team and country sales leaders to develop marketing strategies and plans which meet business targets, support the achievement of key objectives in Sales and serve the Brand overall
- Develop and manage the implementation of a comprehensive marketing calendar with centralized tracking of all regional marketing activities across Central Europe
- Identify, plan, and execute partner and co-marketing programs and manage outside agencies and vendors on an as needed basis.
- Ensure compliance with global brand strategy and corporate identity for Tesla.
- Empower local management teams to create and drive demand generation initiatives locally by developing and maintaining a standardized marketing toolkit
- Effectively deliver results of marketing objectives within limited resource and budget and grounded in solid business cases
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the end-to-end management of ROI-focused sales development initiatives for a global brand or within a marketing agency
- Exceptional strategic thinker and analytical skills; ability to communicate cross-functional and cross-organizational issues independently
- Able to lead a team and work well with others by building trust and creating a collaborative environment
- Excellent writing and editing skills. Fluency in English and local language is required. Any additional European language is of advantage.
- Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing and executing simultaneous projects and activities. Proven ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change.
- Ability to travel domestically and international
- Knowledgeable in the use MS Office Suite – especially Excel – experience with CRM systems and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) is a plus.
