As Technical Sales Support you will work as part of Selfly Store’s Central Europe team. In the shorter time horizon, the focus for this position will be technical and commercial support towards our new and existing customers.

A goal for a future development of this position is that you also will handle sales related topics.

The main tasks of this role consist of technical and commercial support to customers related to the Selfly Store solution:

You will also contribute to solution delivery ensuring successful deployment of solutions to customers, performing the related tasks (On-site and back-office) and leads delivery project in the area.

In addition, you will occasionally provide technical support to sales and support your colleagues or act as a stand-in in other areas of Selfly Store operations.

In this role you will join the Central Europe team and report to Area Manager Central Europe. Our office is located at Karlsruhe; however, we apply a hybrid working model, and therefore, your location can be flexible in Germany.

This role involves some travelling mostly within Central Europe, but concentrated mainly DACH region or occasionally to other countries in Central Europe.

What is the Selfly Store Solution

Selfly Store by Stora Enso is a complete, easy to set up solution that enables our customers to run their own unmanned self-service micro-stores. Its most visible part is the Selfly Intelligent Cabinet, which is currently available in three versions: Fridge, Fresh and frozen. Selfly Intelligent Cabinet is a high-tech unit that includes a central computer, a payment terminal, RFID antennas & reader as well as an integrated 4G model for constant connectivity. All products sold out of the fridge are equipped with RFID tags for item-level identification. The Selfly Intelligent Cabinet, as well as other supporting equipment belonging to the solution, are always connected to the Selfly Cloud service through which the entire fleet of equipment can be managed, monitored, and analyzed.

Who are we looking for?

To be successful in this role you should have a technical degree in a relevant field as well as a couple of years of experience in technical service/sales preferably supporting systems with both hardware and software components, experience in RFID technology is an advantage. As a person, you have a strong customer focus and a positive attitude, and you are committed to developing yourself. You are a driven individual who is willing to deliver more than just the bare minimum and who enjoys problem-solving and teamwork. You have fluent spoken and written skills in German, English, while other languages, especially French or Dutch, are a strong advantage.
