Working Student (All Genders) Darmstadt, 16 h / week
We are committed to ensuring the quality and safety of its products and complying with all relevant regulatory requirements. In many countries around the world, a legal obligation is present that requires companies to notify regulatory authorities when introducing or modifying a chemical product in the market. These notifications are crucial in maintaining the safety of all stakeholders involved in the chemical supply chain, including manufacturers, distributors, and end-users. As part of a notification-updating project, we are seeking a working student to join our team as notification support. In this role, you will help to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by supporting the preparation and the submission notifications to the relevant authorities.
Tasks: - Prepare and submit notifications to regulatory authorities in a timely and accurate manner
- Monitor an up-to-date database of the notifications
- Work closely with other teams to ensure that all necessary information is provided for each submission
Who you are: - Enrolled in computer sciences, natural science, or engineering.
- Completed B. Sc. degree or similar
- Excellent analytical skills
- fluent in English or German
- Ability to work independently and drive topics on your own
- Curious, proactive, comfortable working in a complex, multi-cultural environment
