Your Tasks:

• Creation, care and updating of (technical) documentation
• Working with web-based document management system
• Ensuring data quality and data integrity in the databases
• Ensuring that specification and verification documents in business support are up to date in accordance with official specifications and internal requirements
• Creation of quality certificates, installation declarations and declarations of conformity using the applicable standards and guidelines
• Compilation of the overall documentation (supplier documentation, data sheets, certificates, etc.)
• Independently starting and initiating translations

Your Profile:

• Industrial clerk, completed education in the natural sciences or commercial field + technical education or further training as a Technical Writer or Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, Business Engineering or comparable
• Affinity to creating product-related documentation
• Experience in dealing with technical documents
• Experience in document management systems desirable (e.g. SAP, Windchill)
• Strong technical understanding
• Independent, conceptual way of working
• Constructive, open communication in the team and with colleagues
• Confident use of Microsoft Office programs
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
