This position is limited for 2 years and can be filled in Ingelheim or Biberach. If a complete fit is found, the position can also be filled on a permanent basis.
Tasks & responsibilities - You see yourself as a sleuth for the best profiles and resumes on the web and enjoy identifying them in the vastness of the World Wide Web.
- Developing different search strategies for different target groups awakens your ambition.
- Professional briefings come easily to you and you receive all the necessary information to start an efficient and effective active sourcing process.
- You deal with your target group in detail, know what drives them and thus transform passive employees who are unwilling to change into interested, open-minded candidates.
- In telephone conversations as well as on the basis of paper documents, you can carry out a valid pre-selection for the specialist department as well as convey the essential aspects of a position to the candidate in a captivating manner.
- You are able to translate sourcing results in an understandable way to both specialist departments and HR specialists.
- You enjoy networking within social business networks in your target group as well as in the recruiting/active sourcing environment.
Requirements - Completed Bachelor's degree with first professional experience or training with several years of professional experience in the recruiting or active sourcing environment.
- Advanced training in Active Sourcing such as Digital Recruiter Certificate, Sourcing Ninja - Boolean Black Belt advantageous
- Recruiting blogs or books like "Praxiswissen Talent Sourcing", "Erfolgsfaktor Sourcing" or "Full Stack Recruiter" serve as a basis to keep your special knowledge up to date
- Methodological knowledge of different ways of identifying candidates with the help of social business networking products (e.g. Xing Talentmanager, LinkedIn Recruiter), Boolean operators, Google Chrome plugins, search engines and/or X-Raying
- Interest in further developments in the World Wide Web and social networks
- Ideally first participation in events of the recruiting / active sourcing community such as SoSuDe, Social Recruiting Days, HR Innovation Days, HR BarCamp, HR Tech Night, Talentpro
- Willingness to learn and interest in contexts in the Word Wide Web, lateral thinking, frustration tolerance paired with political skills and communicative strength
- Very good communication skills in German and English are essential. Very good knowledge of one of the following languages is an advantage: Spanish, French, Italian.
