We are looking for a highly motivated Dispatcher to join our team at Guacci GmbH.

The Dispatcher will provide support to the workflow management supervisor at our Berlin headquarters.

Position details:

• Full time
• Monthly Net rate 2300 + Bonus for performance
• Location: Porschestraße 2-20, 12107 Berlin

Responsibilities:

• Instructing, distributing, and scheduling tours and employees
• Fleet management
• Monitor driver activities and ensure timely deliveries
• Maintain efficient communication between drivers and other team members
• Ensure all deliveries are made safely and in compliance with safety regulations
• Manage any issues and challenges that may arise during the delivery process

Requirements:

• Conversational English
• B1 German
• Experience as a Driver (DELIVERY PACKAGES - better if with Amazon)
• Previous experience as a Dispatcher is a plus
• Knowledge of Italian language is a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word-Excel
