**The role -*Head of Business Operations & Strategy***

We are looking for a strategic leader to drive revenue and profitability at our 'top locations'. Top locations are defined as the most demanded points of interest or experiences in the world such as Disneyland, Eiffel Tower, Niagara Falls, Louvre Museum, and Broadway. These locations behave differently than other less demanded locations and therefore require customized and often cross-functional acquisition and optimization strategies. Your responsibilities include:

Define the strategy, e.g. i) refine the various problems to be solved, ii) sharpen existing solutions and come up with new ones, and iii) influence all cross-functional stakeholders, especially our Account Management, Product, and Marketing team
Execute the strategy, e.g. i) define and sign-off location-specific long-term partnerships together with our Account Management team, ii) establish GetYourGuide as a thought leader that key suppliers associate with innovation, and iii) refine processes, playbooks, and tools

Report monthly progress to all stakeholders, incl. our Executive teamSpend ~20% of your time in the field to engage with suppliers and travelers

It's expected to be based in Berlin, and be at the office four days per week. You report to our Director of Business Operations & Strategy.

Your profile

You have seven to ten years work experience, incl. people management. Either at a large tech company (> € 1 billion annual revenue), and/or at McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, or Bain & Company
You are entrepreneurial, business savvy, creative, and willing to get your hands dirty
Account Management and Product knowledge are a strong plus
