We're currently looking for an excited and talented {Job Title} to help us push our organization forward by helping us in the following areas:
- As a Lean Manufacturing Expert and LPO, the successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining communication at all levels of the business. They will play a vital role in driving the organization back to basics (B2B) by re-establishing standards and implementing the BCS Production System in the plant. This includes introducing and improving visual management practices such as hourly boards, Cell boards, and PCC to give operators a voice, build trust, and foster teamwork.
- One of the key responsibilities of this position is to build quality within the production process. The candidate will be expected to enforce escalation limits and implement measures to continuously improve and control performance and efficiency. They will also focus on reducing changeover time through methods like SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Die) and changeover cards
- The Lean Manufacturing Expert and LPO will have a critical role in identifying, building, and training a trusted production team that possesses a deep understanding of the product, the process, and the application. They will also drive 5S improvement and enforce daily maintenance practices to ensure a clean and organized work environment. Recognizing and rewarding high performers will be an integral part of their responsibilities
- In addition to production-related tasks, the candidate will also be responsible for managing the processing and control of the repair of defective PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assemblies). They will play a crucial role in transfer and relocation planning, including the production of safety stock and the review, improvement, or creation of assembly documentation in English to facilitate translation and use at other production sites

- This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional who can effectively lead a production team and manage transfers and relocations within our business. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree or equivalent qualification, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Automotive switchgear production, specifically in electronic and final assembly across various global BCS locations. This extensive experience allows them to carry out benchmarking activities and share valuable lessons learned.
- The successful candidate must have extensive experience in controlling and meeting the production requirements of service and aftermarket products. They will be involved in training the "Receiving location teams" prior to transfers and preparing videos/tutorials for transferred products. Being globally mobile to take on special projects or support relocation activities is a prerequisite for this role
