Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Your daily tasks include ongoing financial accounting, including subsidiary ledgers, fixed asset accounting, and handling payment transactions for the supported companies and areas.
• You ensure timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, as well as monthly closing activities, together with the team.
• You coordinate external reporting requirements (UStVA, Intrastat, ZM, statistics) and support the preparation of tax reports/declarations by our external consultants.
• Collaboration with the HR department and the service provider for payroll accounting.
• You are a competent contact person for internal matters, auditors, tax consultants, and auditors.

What makes you excel in this position:

• You have successfully completed commercial training, ideally as a tax clerk or financial/accounting clerk (IHK).
• At least 5 years of professional experience in financial accounting within an international company or a tax consulting firm.
• Solid understanding of balance sheets, tax law, and payroll accounting.
• A structured and solution-oriented work approach with high self-motivation and excellent communication skills in German and English.
• A strong understanding of numbers and analytical thinking, teamwork, reliability, flexibility, and professional competence.
• Proficient SAP knowledge is advantageous.
