- You support our Total Rewards team in day-to-day business and in projects related to compensation in an international context
- You take over data maintenance and preparation (e.g. in the context of the bonus process)
- You support with operational tasks (e.g. creation of compensation letters)
- You create communication documents and presentations on compensation-related topics that are appropriate for the target audience
- You are an enrolled student (d/f/m) in an economics or comparable degree program
- Ideally, you have already gained some experience in the field of human resources (compensation)
- You have good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
- You have a very good command of written and spoken English
- You think analytically and have a high affinity for numbers and data
- You stand out through your careful way of working
- You are proactive, responsible and team-oriented
