What we expect

You support our Total Rewards team in day-to-day business and in projects related to compensation in an international context
You take over data maintenance and preparation (e.g. in the context of the bonus process)
You support with operational tasks (e.g. creation of compensation letters)
You create communication documents and presentations on compensation-related topics that are appropriate for the target audience

Who we are looking for

You are an enrolled student (d/f/m) in an economics or comparable degree program
Ideally, you have already gained some experience in the field of human resources (compensation)
You have good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
You have a very good command of written and spoken English
You think analytically and have a high affinity for numbers and data
You stand out through your careful way of working
You are proactive, responsible and team-oriented
