Key Role:
Design, develop, and execute solutions in support of intelligence organizations, missions, or processes. Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members. Serve as a HUMINT operations planner in support of enduring and developing operational initiatives for Joint, coalition, and interagency operations. Apply subject matter expertise, advice, and support for planning, coordination, and implementation of both collection activities and time-sensitive opportunities. Coordinate HUMINT operations and capability building requirements with staff sections, Combat Support Agencies (CSAs), service components, host nation, partner nations, coalitions, and interagency partners. Draft plans and operational proposals, including requirements, plans, orders, and tasking documents. Provide specialized operational and technical support to SOF, sensitive activities, and intelligence operations. Develop and present briefings to facilitate HUMINT initiatives for operations and special projects or programs. Monitor activities conducted in support of current and contingency operations while coordinating external U.S. and Allied HUMINT support.
