We are currently looking for our future Project Manager (m/f/d) - Wiring Accessories OPMO based in Frankfurt for a permanent contract.

Hager Group, a leading provider of comprehensive solutions and services for commercial and residential electrical installations, is seeking experienced Project Managers to join our team. As we navigate the complexities of an evolving environment with new products, IoTs, apps & cloud technologies, configurators, services and strategic partnerships, our goal is to become a frontrunner in project and program management. To achieve this, we have established our Wiring Accessories OPMO to effectively manage complex projects and programs dedicated to offer creation.

Your mission & key responsibilities

• Assume end-to-end project ownership, ensuring project objectives are met
• Lead diverse, geographically dispersed, multi-disciplinary project teams
• Define the project scope, goals and final deliverables with all stakeholders based on the group strategy and the defined project charter
• Ensure robust outputs of the investigation phase: Value Proposition, business case, resources and schedule
• Accountable that final completion criteria are met: Time, Quality, Cost and ensure a systematic risk & opportunities management approach.
• Evaluate final performance against defined project goals
• Ensure proper communication & reporting with project stakeholders & sponsor
• Support when relevant the implementation of agile methodologies and tools, such as lean startup, design thinking and agile methodologies

Your profile

• Master degree in Engineering (electronics, mechanics, electromechanics or mechatronics) or in Marketing/Business
• You have 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, with a cross-functional teams in an international environment
• Combination of project management knowledge, marketing, and business acumen in a technical & industrial environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with project management frameworks - including processes, methods (agile, waterfall) and tools
• PMP certification from PMI, PRINCE2, or equivalent is highly valued
• Strong negotiation, communication, moderation & decision-making abilities
• Strong leadership capabilities
• Fluency in English (C1+), proficiency in French or German is highly desirable
