Workday Lead – München, Stuttgart or Düsseldorf in München bei Keylime Consultants

A hands-on leadership role providing Workday HCM expertise and direct leadership to a skilled team of Workday HRIS analysts. This role is a blend of Project Management, Team Leading and hands on Workday duties for a highly successfull German business with a global footprint.

This opportunity will require a minimum of one day per week onsite in either München, Stuttgart or Düsseldorf so reasonable proximity to these locations is required. Gross Annual Salary on offer is in the range of €100,000 > €110,000 for a credible Workday Team Lead with fluency in German and English.

Workday Lead – required profile:

– Detailed functional Workday HCM knowledge suited to act as the SME for an international employer
– Leadership skills including leading a team (4 FTEs) and managing senior stakeholder relationships
– Project Management skills suited to Workday optimsation, implementation and wider HRIS projects
– Excellent communication skills able to communicate to business, technical and HR colleagues effectively in German and English
– Flexibility to blend Leadership, Project, strategic and hands-on systems duties including business process configuration
