As part of a wider HR transformation program, the payroll operating model moving forward will be fully comprehensive, split between a professional HR BPO for zero to gross processing and managed payroll (gross to net) with industry leading payroll providers. We are looking for a Regional Payroll social security manager for Germany to play a key role managing the social security services, tools, processes and delivery in Germany, working alongside a local & global diverse team of senior leaders ensuring and maintaining fit-for-purpose processes, governing end-to-end delivery in a timely and accurate manner ensuring compliance with social security law requirements.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Play a key role in our HR transformation program
- Ensure the transition between current set up and future state as part of Siemens Energy HR transformation program, in close alignment with the Payroll, HR services, Tax department and Business Owners of current tax applications used by Siemens Energy
- Manage data feeds from social security system landscape to downstream applications, such as Payroll Systems
- Ensures regular audit and compliance reporting of social security as well as continuous improvement of social security related processes.
- Implement and improve social security policies and documents
- Implementation of social security related measures resulting from the social security audit
- Consultation and support for the HR Partners regarding social security matters
- Improvement of social security relevant processes in social security and company responsibilities
What You Bring
- Long term experience in HR and wage tax topics, including vendor management, for Germany
- High level of affinity to and experience with social security solutions
- Excellent in-depth analytical skills and detail-oriented work style
- Collaborative style, happy to interact with many stakeholders e.g., in HR Centres of Competence and HR in the Regions, IT department, Finance departmentManagement
- Ability to work individually as well as part of a team, leading through building trust and empowering teams to deliver successfully
- Fluent in German and proficiency in English

In this role you will be working within the Human Resources function – People Systems and Services, a truly global and diverse team of specialists with an open mindset, responsible for ensuring Siemens Energy payroll is compliant, accurate, timely and fit-for-purpose, with a clear governance & risk management approach, managing our Payroll vendors and working closely with our HR Services team to safeguard end-to-end delivery while promoting Siemens Energy digital transformation.
