Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience for Junior/Mid-level roles. Candidates should be able to operate independently and bring substantial technical knowledge.

Technical Skills:
Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, MongoDB
Backend - One of the following: Java (Fullstack), .NET, Node.JS
Frontend: Angular.JS, TypeScript, Tailwind, Next.js, Express.JS
DevOps: GitLab
Editor: VS Code
AI (Nice-to-Have): Python, large language models, PyTorch, TensorFlow

Education: A degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred, but not mandatory for highly skilled candidates.

Language: German native (C2 level) is essential as most clients are German-speaking.

Personal Traits: Excellent listener, independent, passionate about technology, and eager to solve complex problems.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Development and Implementation: Engage in the development of sophisticated software products using C++ or .NET or Java

Project Involvement: Participate in a range of projects, starting with a web application for a stock market system, involving FinTech elements with real-time components.

Technology Integration: Work with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, MongoDB) and backend technologies (Java, .NET, Node.JS).

Frontend Development: Utilize frontend technologies like Angular.JS, TypeScript, Tailwind, Next.js, Express.JS.

Collaboration: Work within an agile team, reporting to the Team Lead during daily standups and engaging in project planning and implementation.

Innovation: Contribute to the development of the company's internal "Smart Content Solution," offering opportunities to innovate alongside core project work.

Quality Assurance: Ensure the stability, scalability, and performance of applications.
