Job Description

The Client Success Manager is responsible for developing client relationships by acting as a trusted adviser with a focus on retention and customer advocacy. A successful person for this role will be highly relationship driven, proactive and has an acute understanding of their clients’ needs and challenges.

What you will be doing:

• Manage a portfolio of global enterprise clients Onboard new clients to seoClarity
• Build in-depth knowledge of your clients, expert knowledge of seoClarity technology, and extensive industry expertise.
• Become a trusted adviser to stakeholders and users of seoClarity
• Guide your clients through success blueprints, designed to drive value no matter the client’s SEO maturity level
• Manage special projects and the implementation of search experience frameworks
• Help your client’s structure, simply and scale their SEO efforts
• Lead executive business reviews
• Arrange and manage onsite client meetings – up to 10% travel domestic and international
