Our Global Create Standards team are the custodians and architects of our customer journey experiences. The team is cross-functional in their approach, working with teams such as R&D, Transportation & Logistics, Warehouse Operations & Inventory Positioning, etc. in order to drive impactful change that benefits the customer.

Our main goal is to design journeys that provide the highest level of care possible to our customers, whether self service, communications or interacting with our service teams. We leverage a creative approach and quantitative skills to answer high-level business and strategy questions through designing journeys to enable us to provide the highest level of care to create the best possible customer experience. This team is highly visible to senior leadership, solving the most complex problems from across our operations.

What you will do

• Provide project management support for teams within Create Standards in the Service organization, and support with the planning and tracking of their initiatives (projects) and associated KPIs
• Ensure team documentation is kept up to date (eg: organizational charts, roadmaps, centralized folders etc)
• Diary management & coordination
• Coordinate training as required
• Coordinate travel & accommodation
• Coordinate team building and company off-sites as required
• Compiling and / or supporting business reporting / updates
• Coordinate monthly & quarterly performance and stakeholder communications
• Proactively seek out opportunities to streamline and centralize tasks within scope of work to ensure we are working the most efficient and effective way possible
• Provide ad hoc administrative support as required

What you will need

• A desire to work in a fast-paced technology-driven business environment
• Experience of MS Office Suite / Google Suite (e.g.creating programme plans, roadmaps, status reports, risk logs, slide decks, etc.)
• Strong administration skills
• Strong and proactive communication skills, confident to work with individuals, senior leaders or large groups and to effectively interact and influence at various levels of the organization
• Project Management coordination desirable
• Experience with using project management software (e.g. Asana, Airtable) desirable
• Formal Project Management / Agile certification desirable
