Job Purpose

To support Asia (Graphics, Film and Offshore) business as the FP&A role.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible and analysis on the monthly P&L, ensure the proper & accuracy of finance result;
• Tracking of financial status by monitoring variances from budget, improving financial status by analyzing P&L's and forecasting on a regular basis, evaluating results and variances, and recommending corrective measures and action plans in bridging gaps;
• Preparation of annual business budgets, rolling forecasts (quarterly), bi-weekly sales forecast;
• Review of various projects and financial analyzes that cover a wide variety of financial and commercial areas;
• Support on the working capital management ( DSO, DPO, DII);
• Ensure compliance with management, accounting, taxes standards;
• Business partnering with commercial team;
• Other Ad-hoc support for commercial.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
• Over 5 years related FP&A experience (regional responsibility with MNC exposure is preferred)
• Strong command in both spoken& written English and Mandarin
• Strong inter-personal & communication skills
• Self-motivated, independent, analytical and result-oriented
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Proficiency in PC applications e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI
• Knowledge on ERP and finance system (SAP, JDE, HFM etc.)
