Consult & advise internal colleagues to map and improve their working processes, then translate the complex workflows into Boo script in Dennemeyer’s IP Management Software DIAMS iQ to create automated workflows

Maintain and configure DIAMS iQ, including the automated workflows, user creation, ensuring data consistency etc.

Give user support & trainings in verbal and written form to international offices to new and advanced users, including developing of training concepts and documentation
-
Take over project responsibility, analyze existing processes, discover process & cost optimization potential & push digitalization to embrace efficiency

Report and follow up on DIAMS iQ bugs and/or change/improvement requests with Software Solutions teams
-
Degree as a certified Patent Attorney Assistant (Paralegal) or equivalent with 3+ years of professional experience

Preferably experience with multiple IP Management Software

Preferably basic programming/scripting knowledge or at least analytical skills and technical understanding/affinity or motivation to learn new skills in this area

Structured work approach and enjoying working independently

Preferably experience in drafting and executing trainings

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, German is considered as an asse

Interested in stepping out of the assistant role and eager to learn new skills related to IP Software

Self-motivated, resilient person with a strong team spirit, a structured service and solution-oriented work style and enjoying “thinking out of the box”
